## What is LeadsOnline? **LeadsOnline** is a private, law-enforcement–facing database used by police departments in all 50 states. Scrap dealers, pawnbrokers, and secondhand-goods stores are required (in most jurisdictions) to upload every regulated transaction nightly. ## What gets uploaded - Seller name, address, DOB. - Driver license number and image. - Vehicle plate. - Itemized list of materials with weights and prices. - Photo of the load (where required). - Thumbprint (where required). ## Format LeadsOnline accepts a nightly batch file in either their **XML** or **CSV** template. ## How WeighPay handles LeadsOnline WeighPay generates the LeadsOnline batch file automatically every night, uploads it via SFTP or API, and surfaces any rejected records to the operator the next morning.
