## What is Prop 65?

**Proposition 65** (Cal. Health & Safety Code §25249.5) requires businesses operating in California to provide *clear and reasonable* warnings before knowingly exposing anyone to listed chemicals (lead, cadmium, formaldehyde, mercury, ~900 others).
