Configure WeighPay to keep ticketing, scale capture, and printing fully functional when the internet drops — and re-sync automatically when it comes back.
Open Admin → Locations → Offline. Toggle Allow Offline Operation and pick how many days of customer data to cache locally.
Click Sync Now. WeighPay downloads active customers, materials, rate sheets, and open POs to the workstation.
Unplug the network cable. Open a new ticket — WeighPay should switch to the orange Offline banner, still capture scale weights, and still print.
Plug the network back in. Tickets queued offline upload in the background. The Sync panel shows zero pending records when finished.
Open Reports → Offline Sync Log. Each ticket lists the offline timestamp and the sync-back timestamp for compliance audits.
