Neither plan is credit-metered: your monthly fee covers everything in the plan. Only WeighPay Freedom uses credits ($1 = 1 credit, no monthly subscription, pay-per-ticket plus any add-on services).

On Freedom, $1 = 1 credit, $5,000 minimum entry (locations do not change this starter price), you buy credits upfront, and we deduct as work is done. Scale tickets are tiered by lifetime credits purchased (tiers never reset): Tier 0 (default) = 1.75 cr/scale ticket; ≥ $25,000 lifetime → 1.50; ≥ $50,000 → 1.25; ≥ $100,000 → 1.00. Services (live support, business analyst, training, dev hours, QBE) come off the posted rate card and do NOT tier-discount — only scale tickets do. Adding a location is included (no per-location setup fee). Multi-site operator or nationwide customers: Pick this if: you operate 2+ locations, want one customer ID across every yard, need cross-site contracts or NetSuite, or prefer per-ticket credit pricing (with volume discounts) over a flat monthly subscription. Enterprise operator (fixed monthly price, all-inclusive, call for pricing): Pick this if: you need a contractual SLA, a named CSM, custom integrations, or a sandbox tenant — or you simply prefer one predictable all-inclusive fixed monthly price (covering unlimited scale tickets AND every Freedom service) over consumption metering.

No. WeighPay 365 is single-site only. Multi-location, nationwide customer accounts, cross-site contracts, network-wide price sheets, cross-site inventory transfers, and consolidated reporting are available exclusively on WeighPay Freedom. (WeighPay 180 does support multiple California CRV centers, but each center is billed as its own $180/mo subscription.)

The following capabilities are Freedom-only and unavailable on WeighPay 365 or WeighPay 180: Master credit balance with multi-site auto-recharge; Scale-ticket tier discounts (1.75 → 1.00 cr at $25k / $50k / $100k lifetime credits purchased — tiers never reset). (These are Freedom credit-billing mechanics. WeighPay Enterprise doesn't use credits at all — its one fixed monthly price already covers unlimited scale tickets and every Freedom service at no extra charge, so the credit-balance and lifetime-tier ladder don't apply on Enterprise.)

WeighPay Enterprise is one fixed monthly price (call for pricing) that is fully all-inclusive: unlimited scale tickets, unlimited locations, AND every Freedom service — live support, business analyst, training, custom dev hours, QuickBooks Enterprise events — at no extra charge and no credits drawn. Operational entitlements bundled in: Dedicated Customer Success Manager (named CSM); Contractual response & resolution SLA (response and resolution targets); 24×7 on-call escalation for production incidents; Custom integrations (ERP, EDI, legacy line-of-business systems); Sandbox / staging environment; White-glove multi-site deployment + data migration; Quarterly executive business reviews + roadmap influence; Security questionnaire + compliance attestation support. Enterprise also includes QuickBooks Online / QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop / NetSuite connectors at no add-on charge. Qualification is operational — NOT spend-based — so contact Enterprise Sales for your fixed monthly price. If you don't need those operational entitlements and don't need the all-inclusive predictability, WeighPay 180, 365, or Freedom will be a better fit.

Enterprise is one fixed monthly price (call for pricing) covering unlimited scale tickets, every Freedom service, and operational entitlements (named CSM, SLA, 24×7 on-call, custom integrations, sandbox) — there is no minimum commitment and no annual MSA required. This is separate from any trade contracts you sign with your own customers — those are tracked inside the product (cross-site contracts on Freedom/Enterprise, single-site on 365/180).
