California Beverage Container Recycling Program (PRC §14500 et seq.) requires certified recycling centers to file monthly DR6 (purchases) and DR14 (shipments) reports to CalRecycle. Centers must reconcile load-segregated weights, capture customer ID for transactions over $50/day, and maintain segregated container counts for aluminum, PET, glass, HDPE, and bimetal. WeighPay 180 generates DR6/DR14 directly from POS activity, enforces $50/day ID capture, and reconciles weights against outbound shipping manifests.
