E-Waste & ITAD Software for Washington

Washington's E-Cycle program is one of the oldest manufacturer-funded take-back systems in the country. WeighPay tracks covered-device weights by collection site and produces the Department of Ecology recovery reporting.

Washington Regulation & Compliance Notes

Washington's Electronic Product Recycling law (RCW 70A.500, the E-Cycle Washington program) requires registered collectors, transporters, and processors to report covered-device weights to the Washington Department of Ecology, which administers the manufacturer-funded standard plan. WeighPay tracks covered electronic product weights by collection site and category, generates Ecology-format recovery reports, and stores the R2v3 / e-Stewards downstream due-diligence records processors must retain.
